30 Days on Tap Water

For 30 days the only beverage that I'll drink will be tap water--no soda, beer, coffee, juice. The rest of my diet will be the same.

Start

Started at noon today. Had 4-5 glasses of water via Brita tap filter as I grazed on holiday leftovers.
